Pls suggest 5GHz VCO for low jitter

I am working on a 5GHz 130nm VCO, however, low jitter requirement drive me mad. (<2ps rms).

And I am limited to ring oscillators, any siggestion?

Have a look at the following thesis:

It includes a 10 GHz 0.18µm standard CMOS LC VCO with a jitter of 0.22 psec RMS (<2psec)...maybe you can use it as a guideline..
