Hi,all

Our project need a RF receiver IC, main requirement as below:

Sensitivity: -105dBm, Frequency band: around 360MHz width=20Mhz

Gain: ≥110dB IF:21.4MHz( width>100KHz)

I searched many corps, although there some products, what I need is only

the RF part (for the baseband part is done by other team). then the IF must

be 21.4MHz,can't be several hunreds KHz as the products of Maxim,AD,Micrel,

Chipcon so on. It'd better truly be the RF part without any BB function.

If you know about it,Pls tell me ,thanks a lot.

best regards.

try Philips chips such as SA615, key features are
1. Mixer input frequency > 500MHz
2. 102dB of IF Amp/Limiter gain
3. IF could be 455KHz, 10.7MHz and 21.4MHz
4. Sensitivity > -100dBm
