pls give comment on my circuit for driver CCD reset gate, thank you!

I use 2 bipolor transistors to driver the CCD(charge coupled device) reset gate.

The 2 bipolor transistors are 5GHz from NXP. the datasheet give the DC current of 100mA of collector. however, how about the max transent current?
Is my circuit right?
Any idea is welcome, and thanks in advance!
