Plotting of VCO output power vs frequency in cadence spectre

I wish to plot vco output power vs frequency.I executed pss.Then in Direct plot mainform pss is chosen, with in that power is chosen .In specify output resistance field i gave 50 ohm and selected the output differential nets to plot output power.I wish to know whether its the correct procedure to do it.If output power is to be plotted with control voltage od tuuning ,what is the procedure required?
