I designed a voltage amp which will work under a large temperature range. Can any one tell me how to plot the output resistance vs. temperature with hspice. Using .tf I can only get one Ro value at one simulation.

Thanks!

you can sweep temperature.
In awaves, change x-axis to temperature, and plot ro

Can you post specific command? Thanks!

can awaves plot ro?I don't know

same question : CAN awaves plot "ro" if yes wat is the options in hspice netlist for post processing.

Use .ac analysis and plus .net command. probe zout, that is what U want. good luck.
