I don't know if its too late for you but you can use HFSS Fields Calculator to plot the magnetic current in HFSS. Use the formula M = -nxE to compute the magnetic current on the surface of the aperture. You have to be careful to select a face as this formula is not valid for volume selections. Hope this helps.
