Please suggest a high to low level translator/ shifter.

My application requires that I convert 14V digital signals to 3.3V signals. I think that level Translators will help. But I am not able to find a high voltage level shifter. Please suggest me any IC.

Use a CD4050.

The CD4050 supply voltage must be equal to the desired signal output, in this instance 3.3V
