Please suggest 1.2V 500mA regulator

Hi All,

I am developing Spartan 3 based board. I need to select a regulator for core voltage of 1.2V 500mA.

Can any one let me know easily available regulator for the same.

Another choice - the Xilinx/Digilent Spartan-3 Starter Kit uses a Fairchild FAN1112. In stock at www.mouser.com in USA.
