[SOLVED] Please someoneteach me how to design this shape

Hello
can any body teach me how to design this shape using HFSS (attachment )
I am trying since morning but uptill now I did not get any success
please please help me.

I will assume you can make rectangles and circles. For the bends create a relative coordinate system with coordinates at the center of the circle. create the oter circle with Radius R and an inner circle with radius r. subtract the small circle from the lareg circle. Select the ring and use the split command to chop the circle in half. another option is to create a rectangle that overlaps the ring and subtract the rectangle from the ring.

I have done that already but I stopped here and dont know what to do next.
