Please instruct how to use LED (or series of LED) with power supply 220V AC? Thanks.
 

Schematics below show you ideas on how to connect LED(s) directly to mains ..

Please note, that 470nF capacitance (rating: 250Vac) at 50Hz represents an impedance of ≈6700Ω, but in the same time does not generate heat ..
