please help

hai iam using pic 16f 877a in c level program.TRISA5=1 this is input potrt.The PORTB2=0 out put connect a relay . TRISa5 voltage is high wait 50millisecond and high PORTB2=1.how do this interrupt please help me..I do the Timer0 program to display the led any problam timer0 calculation please help me
