why the pin 14 and pin 15 not out ...? causes what? please help me!!!!

Pins 14 and 15 give a pulse out one the rising and falling zero crossing point. See page 3 of the data sheet.

but in my project ... the pins 14 and 15 did not issue pulse ... just being in the point 0 .. according to you ,,over-current,, over voltage or other reasons?

I would need to see your circuit. Have you built the circuit as on page 13 of the datasheet?
