Please help solving problems in sil3114 based SATA interface.

We are experiencing problems in the design of sil3114 based SATA interface.

Following is a part of the log file of the SATA monitor (Lecroy STX-231-0115).
We think an error occurred during writing 0x55 to an HDD.

I'd appreciate it if someone helps us solving the problem.
