Hello everybody,

I'm a filmmaker in Switzerland and one of my light fell on the ground during a shooting.
it is an APUTURE NOVA P300C, the light still works, but turns off after around 20 seconds.
I opened it, and found 2 capacitors detached from the circuit. I now want to replace them but I am not able to read their properties correctly, even after a few hours on internet trying to figure it out.

Could anyone help me to read this capacitor?

thank you,

best regards,

Antonin

Hi,

I have no idea what physical size they are....

I guess 47uF, 50V DC. Not sure.
But besides capacitance and voltage rating you probably need to care for other specifications, like ESR.

Klaus

thanks a lot Klaus.

Do I need special tools to mesure ESR? Would something help you to know what is the value?

Here are 2 pictures of it. 7mm high and 6mm diameter.

Thanks again, have a nice day.

Antonin
