Hello!

I need help to identify the component on the attached foto.
What type of component, and the specifications of the color bands?
Info: The component is mounted in a circuit that controls a 230 VAC fan.

This must be a diode in MELF case. But the meaning of the central green band is still a mystery to me.

I can't see it very well but it looks like a 1ohm résistor.

It's a MELF (SOD80) diode. The color bands match the BB215 but that is a special pupose tuning diode and the photograph suggests it's in power circuit of some kind.
The relatively high value of the resistor in series with it suggests it isn't a high current rated diode, possibly a Zener or high voltage type.

It looks like something such as OEO?

I've been in the industry for half a century and have no idea what an OEO is.

I think I've tracked the part down as a 1N6482 from Vishay. It seems to be appropriate for the board it is fitted to and it has the correct color bands.
Try here for the data sheet: https://www.vishay.com/doc?88527
