How can i make Excess-3 to BCD decoder by using 4 bit parallel ADDERS?

hi
the full adder is an IC having no 74LS83 or 74LS283
this IC has 3 types of inputs the first is the first no u wanna insert to add to or subtract from it , the second is the no you wanna add or subtract the third input is the input carry which is equal 0 in case of first operation
And the full adder has 2 types of outputs the first is the resultant of adding or subtractig .. and the second is the carry out put in case the result is more than 15

Regarding your question of BCD .. you can convert from the decimal to BCD by putting every no in decimal with 4 digits ie: 13 in decimal=(0001oo11)
if you wanna convert the no3 to BCD it will be (0011) in BCD
