how can i store over 2 megabytes data with avr(atmega32)?
can i use flash ic?how program it with atmega32?

You need need to look into these areas,

Windows FAT16 format
How to program a SD card
How to read 1st file in Fat16 file system
 

or use simple state machine and Flash ROM attached through CPLD to your AVR
