proceed design

Hello,
I am a graduate student, and I have been given to design a 1st Order 1-bit sigma-delta ADC as my project.

I have been provided with an Operational Transc. Ampli(OTA) :

Static Power Consumption=4.6458 mW,
DC gain=60 dB,
ω -3dB=476.6KHz,
Phase Margin=56.427 dB(125 degrees)

Output swing=687.304 mV
Input Offset Voltage = 4.693 uV

and a Comparator: offset = 30mV

The task is to design a SC integrator, a 1bit flash ADC and a
1-bit DAC. The decimation filter will be implemented using MATLAB/Simulink

Specification:
The A/D converter must provide at least 50dB SNR (signal to noise ratio) over a 100kHz signal bandwidth.

• Technology: 0.18 um CMOS UMC
• Supply voltage: 1.8 V
• Minimum sampling frequency: 64 MHz
• Differential Input range: 1Vppd
• Power dissipation: less than 30mW

please can someone guide me how to proceed and also if someone have some pervious examples.

Thanks

project on sigma delta adc+pdf

firstly you should set up a matlab model for the sigma deta ADC, then get the analog spec for ADC

Can you guide me more about how I proceed and if I can find the matlab code anywhere for the same....

this may help you
