How do u link the first and the second circuit in that diagram?

What is that SPKR1?

I suggest, by connecting the nodes with identical designator - +5V and GND (the latter also marked by a GND symbol).

Also what is that "SPKR1"? and it's diagram is somewhat similar to a loudspeaker

This project seems like liting those LED and sound the Speaker.Bottom of the shematic diagram is the power supply from 240AC convert to DC5V.
