Please can someone explain me NFmin and Fmin difference

What is the difference between NFmin and Fmin in terms of LNA design?
 

Noise figure NF is logarithmicaly scaled noise factor F, meaning NF = 10log(F). Index "min" just says that it is a minimum noise figure/factor, that you get, if you achieve input reflection coefficient to be optimal.
