plc schematics

Hello,

I am interested in what type of IC used in PLC's.

I am an IC designer and need to know what uP, analog or digital IC's are used in PLC's (the later models are interested) along with model and manufacturer. I want to know functions of the Integrated circuits (BOM of IC's).

Instead of schematics or BOM, clear pictures of PLC boards also welcome as long as I can identify IC's used. Also any web page or lead will be appreciated.

Please do not refer me to books since I am only interested to know what is the state of the art hardware PLC manufacturers are using.

Thank you very much.
