Hi,

I wanted to place pads on both top and bottom layer of pcb (in eagle). Pls. tell me how to do so.

Thanks,
Y. Li

I am assuming that you are talking about pads of component ( SMD components )....... by clicking the pad you can change its properties and also on which layer you want ( top or bottom )

OK thanks.

Y Li.

MIRROR is the command for flipping components onto the other side.
