Place_opt error 045

Hi,

whenever I'm trying to run the place_opt command, it shows Error: no usable buffers/inverters are found.
I'm stuck with this error.
the error code is OPT_045.
Warning: Cannot find default buffer/inverter for VA DEFAULT_VA with Block Hierarchy . (OPT-043)
Error: Cannot find usable buffers or inverters. (OPT-045)

This means your library is problematic or not loaded correctly. No timing optimization can be done without buffers, so the tool doesn't even start.
