pipeline adc second-order model in simulink,confused

pipeline adc simulink

i have designed a pipeline adc(10bits 1.5bit per stage)in simulink,
but there are many problems:
the ideal behavior is normally well,but when i take noise(kT/c) and transfer function
(the gain of mdac 2p1/s+p1, p1 is the dominant pole) into account, it doesn't work well.
first,the value of Nrecord is very strange,fs=1000,simuation time=16.383,however,the
Nrecord is fours times larger the the desired value 16384(about 71003),besides,when i reduce the p1 to 1/9 of its origin value,it works ok. but the actual points Nrecord increase with the incraese of p1.
i'm very confused about this ,please help me.

besides,if i want to built the second-order model in simulink,how to decide the value of p2,thanks .
