Pinout for LCD 7 inch 40 pin

Hi every body. I have a LCD 7 inch 40 pin , but I have not pinout for it.There is no part number on the LCD.
How can I find information about it?

Is pinout for all LCD 40 pin are similar?
I wanna run it with STM32F429 .
