Hi all,

This is the first time I design a reconfigurable antenna. I plan to use PIN diodes as switching elements. Antenna operating frequency is around 4GHz. I read some papers, which used the ASI 8001 PIN diode or MBP-1035-E28 PIN diode models, but I could not find the catalog of them.

Could you please suggest some PIN diodes used for reconfigurable antennas at that frequency? Where I can find catalog of the suggested ones?

Thank you very much!

Dear vfone,

Thank you for your helps. :)
