piezoelectric blood pressure sensor conditioning circuit

Hi there!
it is my first time am using piezo electric film as a blood sensor, can any one there help me with the conditioning circuit or an alternative sensor that i can use instead of this piezoelectric?

Dear first you should know the level off blood pressure that your sensor is sensing without conditioning circuit.
Then one can suggest how much amplification, shapping etc need to you.
