I've read the datasheet but found nothing.
What's the difference between PF and PT versions?
They are both TQFP.
I mean this chip; PIC32MX795F512L-80I/PT vs PIC32MX795F512L-80I/PF

Datasheet knows:

Package PT = 64-Lead (10x10x1 mm) TQFP (Thin Quad Flatpack)
PT = 100-Lead (12x12x1 mm) TQFP (Thin Quad Flatpack)
PF = 100-Lead (14x14x1 mm) TQFP (Thin Quad Flatpack)
MR = 64-Lead (9x9x0.9 mm) QFN (Plastic Quad Flat)
BG = 121-Lead (10x10x1.1 mm) XBGA (Plastic Thin Profile Ball Grid Array)

Hint: use a PDF reader, use the search function, search for "PF" or "PT", choose search option "Whole words only".

Go straight to the last datasheet pages, section 32.0 PACKAGING INFORMATION.

100/PF is 0.5 mm pin spacing, 100/PT 0.4 mm. I guess, you'll prefer PF.

Well, I've found the info at the one of first pages that both PT and PF are TQFP and it confused me.
Big thanks, you've just saved my project I guess that soldering 100/PT with 0.4mm pitch would be hard if not impossible to the TQFP proto board...

Not if the proto-board had 0.4mm spacing. Otherwise yes - it is impossible to get al of the pins lined up - after all there is a 0.1mm misalignment begin added for each pin!
Check VERY CAREFULLY that the pin spacing on the proto-board (or any board for that matter) matches the actual device pin spacing.
