pic16f72 with 8 bit ADC

i am using pic16f72 with 8 bit ADC ie max FF h = 255 decimal steps .
Now if i want to display ( 00.0 <n< 24.5) on 3 seven segment i have kept Vref of ADC at 2.55 so i get step of exact 0.1 volt.
if i devide 255 by ten i get max 255 steps = 25 rounded of i.e tens and ones digit . How do i get the decimal value
as i want to display battery volts say values like12.5 ,13.2 etc . to max 25.5 .
Note : i am programming in assembly Language

yes after converting to BCD how to display steps 0.1 next step should be
0.2 and so on, i should display values 12.4 which is equal to battery voltage
12.4 VDC etc max. 25 volts or 30 v for 255 th step of ADC.
