PIC16f1527 UART1 declaration registers

I am using PIC16f1527 IC. I have doubt in how to configure UART1 configuration registers and Baudrate formula selection.

Kindly send the sample code. Hitech c compiler.

FOSC=20MHZ and baudrate=57600
