pic + seiko graphic lcd

microcontroller with integrated glcd

Hi all,

I bought a Seiko lcd g321ev5r (or something similar) and now I have discovered that it hasn't the integrated controller...

Can I drive it using a simple pic microcontroller like a pic16f877 or not??

Have you got a good link for this??

Hi,

You can not drive it driectly with 877 or similar.You need to buy an external lcd controller.If it is possible, i advice you change it to new integrated controller ic.For external controller please search on google.You can find a compatible controller on net.
