OR you could do a search on this forum and you will find plenty.

Try and look for PICKIT 2 this a good one or this one Brenner8 (USB-Port-Brenner)

search for epic programmer on eda.i have tested its pcb.it is working fine for me
 

blueroomelectronics himself has made many nice kits to this effect !
