i would like to know any information and circuits for multilevel converter for (step up and down) by using (((pic micro controller ))
i will be grateful for anyone can help me

As far as I'm aware of, no 8-bit PIC has the necessary PWM features. You should look for dsPIC33 or PIC24H series.
