Config - 3 > 0100
Config - 4 > 0081
Config - 5 > C00F
Config - 6 > E00F
Config - 7 > 400F

Tested whit: PIC18F252 amd PIC18F452.

Pull down the /CONFIGURE/CONFIGURATION BITS menu tab in MPLAB. All the config bits are there with descriptions.

If you are wondering on how exactly to configure the bits this is dependant on the compiler you use. Otherwise go for the MPLAB GUI to get the job done quickly.
