[PIC] PIC 16F887 TQF 44 pins programming tools and methods

I am new here, It is my first post. Is there anybody who can guide me how to program PIC 16F887 TQF 44 pins and which programmer is best for this purpose. I have pickit 2 clone and TL886 Minipro programmer.
 

Just left ICSP pins available, but you didn't said much about how you intend to do that, whether in protype or in PCB board.
