Dear Friend,

must be some thing wrong with your pic programming you may have not set the fuse bit correctly any way get the new version and upgraded exe file here read the artical for proper fuse setting bits also read the fault finding text under the given link.

darkyuver, problem is that, because EPE magazine used own Toolkit TK3 programmer
(**broken link removed**). It uses more quantity of bit configuration, it mean then PIC controller was wrong programmed.
Bit 13 CP1 - 1 Off
12 CP0 - 1 Off
11 DBG - 1 Off
10 - 1 Off
9 WRT - 1 Off
8 CPD - 1 Off
7 LVP - 0 Off
6 BOR - 0 Off
5 CP1 - 1 Off
4 CP0 - 1 Off
3 POR - 0 On (IMPORTANT)
2 WDT - 0 Off (IMPORTANT)
1 OS1 - 1 (IMPORTANT)
0 OS0 - 0 (IMPORTANT)
Need to remake software used by most programmers. Maybe anyone help our problem?

In the ftp server, the faultthing.txt file stated that the led d3 and d4...


So, are them should be light on or off before plug in the PIC?
And it states that the D4 is wrong, and correct in circuit diagram.
Is it wrong polarity at circuit board?
