PIC 16F1509 and EUSART

Hi
Have been trying for long time, but i allways get an "freeze" of the "master" PIC of this Circuit.

the inner Circuit is the master.

All Things Works except it freezes after excact 511 recieves.
as if a buffer gets full or something, maybe u Guys have an answer.

Can someone maybe look at it, i have the idea that some kind of buffer get full.
Have tried to reset the UART after 500 reads, but it allways stops after total of 511 reads.
