PHY to PHY Interface _very urgent

phy to phy connection

Hi

I am interfacing PHY to PHY (IC175c and BCM5482) using an capacitor of 10uF ,and the difficulty what iam facing nowis it s not showing any linkup status.

So i wanna know how can a phy to phy interface can be done.please suggest any other means of interface and also suggest me what i have done is correct or not..?

I used the refrence from ic plus for connection of phy to phy which iam attaching here with.
