i would like to design photodiode structure in 0.18um CMOS technology, however i little bit blur since i dont know the correct way in designing process using CMOS? can anybody help me with usefull information, since the structure is basic p-n junction..

Go to the foundries that offer CIS (CMOS image sensor)
flows, see what open material you can find on their site
and by using the keywords you find there.

Of course you will not get to design your own photodiode
vertical structure unless you want to fund a process
(module, at least) development. That leaves you with
permuting polygons.

There's a lot of art at the lower levels, trying to tamp
down dark current and RTN. It's not really that much
about the explicit junction, but all the recombination
centers, traps etc. at interfaces, which have to be
"managed" by special layouts, field control, etc.
