Hello all,

Is there any photo diode capable of producing 100mV. Where can I buy photodiodes from, what specifictaion should I look at?

Thanks

Any photodiode can produce 100 mV according to it's basic characteristic.

Of course, a minimum photo current, depending on the load and internal parallel resistance (usually > Mohm) is required.

P.S.: I hate cross posting. Particularly, when it confuses a question that has been more clear originally. To generate
100 mV exactly (as far as possible), adjust the load resistance according to the existing photo current (respectively
that you are able to produce by an optical source).
