how to reply a sms through fbus

hi all...

i have one question confusing me about Nokia fbus..
i connected my Nokia 3100 to my PC and i used my Assembly code to read/write com Port, when i send fbus command to phone like Get Software/hardware it works good and respond, but when i try to receive SMS when it reach to my phone it isn't go directly to phone fbus line
Im reading about fbus received that when the SMS reach to phone, it will be directly pass through fbus connection, but it isn't work with me.
plz... anyone know about this problem can help me??
