Philips LPC901/2/3 how to programm flash ..

Hi to all , question for all ,

Datasheet says if you wanna reprogramm flash in
LPC 901/2/3, use PAB90x-1 & MCB900 to make
ISP to ICP bridge !!!& use flash magic they say .. ok.
ICP algoritm is nowhere even not from Philips. How they imagine
I will reprograme device already solder ? Thats not fair !!
I checked all doc's .. nothing .. it seems device is exelent but
programming ... programming ...

Does anyone know ICP algoritm || have ICP programmer
written under the winsXX??? I know stuf above is veery specific.
I am looking for the serious answers ...
