hi can anyone help me in designing a circuit for phase reversal detection in 3 phase system.
i mean to protect a system in RYB is reversed or interchanged

Lets take the red phase and half wave rectify it, now we have a series of pulses at 20 mS intervals(20 mS = 1/50HZ). Lets pretend that your Yellow phase should occur 6.66 mS later (20mS/3). Likewise the Blue phase should be 13.3 mS later. So you can run a timer triggered by the red phase that samples the yellow phase at 6.6 mS, if there is a positive voltage - good!, and also a 13.3 mS timer to check for blue phase voltage.

i can use a microcontroller in the design. instead some logic gate may be used. let me try to work out some logic for that.
i was hoping there was some analog method to do this

Analog methods, as used by by most simple testers, are involving RC phase shifting networks.

there was some analog method to do this

3 Phase - 3 Wire Sequence Indicator
3 PHASE SEQUENCE INDICATOR
