Phase noise simulation of divider and charge pump

How to simulate phase noise of the divider and charge pump by spectre?

I try to simulate it with similar setting as phase noise simulation of VCO.
But the result look like incorrect.
Anyone know how to simulate it?

that why i need to know how can i simulate the phase noise of the divider and charge pump?
without phase noise of divider and charge pump,
i can not estimate the whole pll phase noise.......

as far as i know, it include the phase noise in each module(divider, charge pump, vco and etc) by simple addition. but this document just indicate that we should include the phase noise of each module, but how can i got the phase noise of divider and charge pump? I also saw some example in ADS, a noise floor of the charge pump is included in the phase noise simulation of the PLL, but it do not tell me how can i got the noise floor.......
for the phase noise of divider, i got some lab info from a university to teach me how to simulate the phase noise.
i try to simulate it by pss and pnoise.
but when i use the noise simulation figure to compare with the pnoise noise plot.
i think i may simulate the phase noise incorrectly.
on the othe hand, i can not find any example in the cadence manual.....
