Phase noise in PLL- Active vs Passive Filter

Hi.
if u are sure from VCO and other devices power supply noise, you should measure the vco input current at Vt pin.
although in datasheet no vco sink current from this pin, i see that that is wrong for some devices.
in this condition, using active filter with suitable opamp can reduce the spurs at comparison freq.

Hi guys........... i need help......... i have to design a phaselocked loop filter for the 2nd order,3rd order pll using matlab code..... can any one help me please
