hi,

i want some urgent help to make a phase noise model in matlab software. i m pursuing mtech vlsi in NMU.currently in 2nd year. my project is analysis and simulation of phase noise in electrical oscillators.it is an ieee paper based project. plz find attached paper. plz help on how to implement this paper in matlab.if anybody has any matlab program or some other material, plz reply..
