PFC expert: Please, I need your help.

Hi,

In my motor control I have a PFC with MC33368D. Sometime MC33368D just burning up. I have ajust both hardware and software, but it didn't help. Now I don't know if it depends on hardware or software. To find where the problem is I must be sure it is okay with hardware. Therefore I ask you if you would kindly help me to check my schema on PFC. Please, see attachment. Thanks a lot in advance!
