I have a problem regarding the production of pcbs in volume, let's say 15 pcs.

I tried Photosensitized PCBs but very expensive for a large number of pcbs

the least i tried was the Silk screen printing process. It's cheaper. I went to a friend who is good in silk screen printing for T-shirts, stickers, etc. The result was very good.

My only problem is when i etch the pcbs, the venyl paint becomes unstable and slowly fragments of the layout are exposed to ferric chloride, slowly destroying the entire layout.

can you help me out with my problem.

I used to silk screen my PCBs successfully a long time ago.
You must use waterproof ink i.e. "enamel "paint which you can buy in really small hobby cans and then experiment with the thinning and screening with different squeegees and techniques, and it is slow drying.

Of course the screen material must also be OK for using this thinner. It has to be a water soluble screen and not hydrocarbon soluble, which is probably the opposite of what your friend is using.
A bit messy to clean up, but for work which is not too fine the screens can be reused quite a few times.
If you can get the process right it is about the least expensive way to produce the number of boards you are looking at.

Have you tried using photopaper and laser printer. It may not be for mass production but it is more stable to use than silk screen.
