I am going to measure the permittivity of a set of handmade substrates. Anybody has an experience about that? The substrates we measure will be later used as the main material for novel rectangular dielectric resonator antennas. for more information plz contact Dr. Atabak Rashidian , university of saskatchewan : **broken link removed**.

Hi. Methods used to measure the permettivity of substrate are several. A method non destrutive is the free space method. It formed by a two antennas and network analyzer that it allow you to repeat measurement of variuos sample.
Otherwise you can use a probe coassial open-ended.
