Performce of VIA in High speed PCB

I simulated a VIA in High Speed PCB using HFSS

a selt-resonance occurs at 10 GHz.

I want to know the selt-resonance frequency of a VIA in theory.

Please Help me ,thanks!

I have read the book and related chapter.

it provides the capacitance and inductance of the VIA.

I calculate the self-resonance frequency with my model ,it is about 10GHz.

I want some experts whose work is related to SI of high speed design to

conform my results.
